Privé's Concierge Program transforms your salons business through an increased
activity and awareness program. We will educate your chosen stylist (one designated
Concierge per salon per program period**) on Privé methodologies and marketing,
hone their presentation skills, and motivate through education that directly benefits
your salon, your bottom line.
After we've trained your hand-picked Concierge, they will return to your salon with
contagious inspiration! We provide a 6 month calendar of activities that outlines
their path to a complimentary two-day hands-on Ecole "Privé" Academy with our
Artistic Director, Franck Izquierdo, airfare and hotel included. (See winning levels

Who is your Privé Concierge?
A motivated stylist in your salon who:

Privé Concierge Responsibilities and Description:
Attend Privé trainings and educational events that will provide you with the
tools to support the salon.
Educate salon stylists and staff on Privé history, product knowledge,
customer service, and techniques.
You will be an inspiration to all in the salon.
Perform in-salon classes, workshops and demonstrations.
Support the salon owner, manager, and staff.
Be the Privé expert within your salon.
Display and merchandise products.
Work with manager on Privé monthly product focus, and placing orders on-line.
Teach product knowledge to current and all new staff.
How are points earned?
The Concierge reward system is based on points earned the following ways:
Teaching product knowledge classes for salon staff and new hires.
Create monthly merchandising that reflects current product focus.
Achieving average chair per month Privé retail goal.
Launch new products to your salon.
Earn bonus points by winning monthly display contests and achieving
monthly salon sales goals.
Winning Levels:
1st Diamond Level- 3 pieces per chair per day: Winners receive a complimentary
two-day Ecole "Prive" Academy, airfare reimbursable up to $350* and two night hotel
accommodation*.
2nd Platinum Level- 2.5 pieces per chair per day: Winners receive a
complimentary two-day Ecole "Prive" Academy and airfare reimbursable up to
$350*.
3rd Gold Level- 2 pieces per chair per day: Complimentary two-day Ecole
"Prive" Academy.
* Certain rules apply.
** (There is a $300 charge for each additional stylist who wants to
attend the Concierge Training. Only one prize per salon is awarded.)
